This position requires physically demanding work, attention to detail and willingness to adapt and learn.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of specialized farm machinery operators, and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties
• May operate and repair digital technology and communication tools and equipment

Must be permitted to work in Canada, previous farm experience is an asset.
Wage: $30.00 hr/ 30-40 hours per week minimum (Hours will increase during certain seasons ie. seeding and harvest)
