We're a professional fixture/ signage installation company with over 30 years of experience.
Our goal is to provide excellent finished product with the intent of satisfying every need for any retailer

*We work both day and night shift; Please be prepared for both if required.

*No tolerance for unprofessionalism towards employees of the job sites.

*We travel often within that Alberta and BC areas, sometimes for weeks at a time. If this is an issue, this job is not likely for you.

Criteria;

- We're looking for Leadership.
- Hardworking/ pushing the pace on any job site.
- Ensuring every detail that needs to be caught (potentially needs fixing) is met at the same standard across the board.
- Have understanding of basic tools (I.e. drills, wrench, tape measure, work knives)
- Is willing and able to adapt to any change of plans that may occur.
- Is willing to learn the intricacies of the trade.
- Has a consistent means of getting to and from any work site.
- Preferably has a valid driver's license (No infractions on said license)
- Has an ability to work both individually and with others.
- Understand that we work with professionals/ managers at various stores, therefore we're not to have any unprofessional banter between employees of XPRTS and employees of the work site.
- Should know that we operate on maximized efficiency to maintain a good standing with any clientele.
- We often times operate under the regulations of construction teams, therefore PPE will be a requirement on many sites.
- Do not condone the use of illicit substances on site.
- Understand that we have a zero tolerance policy for intoxication on site.
- Any licenses that are pertinent to a workers site will be taken into consideration (I.e. Fall arrest, Lift tickets, WHMIS)
- Has a major capacity for safety for both themselves, but also the people around them.
- We are often slated for different times through the day that often hold different due dates/times; Must be able to hold themselves accountable to be at site on time.
- If time is needed away, we request that you give us at least a weeks notice prior to the absence. This gives us ample time to plan accordingly.
- Mustn't have a criminal record.
- Must be able to speak english clearly and definitively.
-Has to be a Canadian citizen.
