Commission-Based

We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who aren’t afraid to knock on doors and talk to homeowners.

What you’ll do:
• Knock on residential doors
• Introduce Duuley Window Cleaning
• Provide quotes and explain our services
• Book window cleaning jobs
• Build relationships with homeowners

Commission starts at 20%
Opportunities to increase your commission based on sales performance
No experience necessary — training provided

WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIANS

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working people who take pride in quality work.

What you’ll do:
• Clean residential windows
• Interior & exterior glass cleaning
• Screen cleaning
• Track cleaning
• Use traditional window-cleaning equipment and water-fed pole systems
• Pick up and transport company equipment to job sites
• Provide excellent customer service

VEHICLE REQUIRED

Technicians must have their own reliable vehicle and be able to transport equipment, including the DI water tank, ladders, water-fed pole equipment, hoses, and other necessary equipment to and from job sites.

Competitive commission-based pay

Window-cleaning experience is an asset, but not required.
