Permanent Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Customer Service & Account Coordinator to join our client's team. This is not a traditional order-entry customer service position. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing day-to-day customer requirements, including quoting, order coordination, customer inventory management, administrative support and maintaining accurate account records.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the pace and complexity of a manufacturing, packaging, corrugated, distribution or similar B2B environment and enjoys taking ownership of customer needs from start to finish. Experience in the corrugated or packaging industry is a strong asset. Candidates with relevant manufacturing or industrial distribution experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage customer orders from initial request through production, delivery and follow-up • Prepare customer quotations and obtain supplier pricing as required
• Monitor and manage customer inventory levels and help ensure appropriate stock is available to meet ongoing requirements
• Coordinate inventory replenishment based on customer requirements and usage
• Identify potential inventory shortages or changes in demand and communicate them proactively
• Work closely with sales representatives to support existing accounts and new customer opportunities
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouse personnel and transportation providers
• Review product specifications, pricing, lead times and order requirements for accuracy
• Provide customers with order status, inventory availability and delivery information
• Maintain accurate customer pricing, product, inventory and order information within company systems
• Proactively identify and resolve order, production, inventory or delivery issues
• Develop a strong understanding of each customer's products, usage patterns and service requirements
• Maintain organized electronic and physical customer files and documentation
• Perform general filing, data entry, document management and administrative duties associated with customer accounts
• Assist with maintaining pricing records, purchase documentation, customer correspondence and other account-related paperwork
• Provide general administrative and office support as required
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and contribute to customer retention and account growth Qualifications:
• Previous customer service, account coordination, inside sales support or similar experience in a B2B environment
• Experience in corrugated, packaging, labels, flexible packaging or related industries is strongly preferred
• Manufacturing or industrial distribution experience will also be considered
• Experience preparing quotations and working with pricing is preferred
• Experience managing customer inventory or replenishment programs is an asset
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good Excel, Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable taking ownership of issues and following them through to resolution
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized and accountable. The right person will not simply wait for a customer to place an order and enter it into the system. They will be comfortable looking ahead, monitoring inventory, preparing quotes, coordinating with customers and suppliers, keeping documentation organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role requires someone who can comfortably move between customer service, account coordination, inventory management and administrative responsibilities throughout the day. The ideal candidate understands that excellent customer service in a B2B manufacturing and packaging environment means knowing the customer's business, staying organized and taking ownership of their account.
Compensation Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience
