Mocon Construction is a heavy construction company that specializes in culverts, gravel crushing, road building, earth moving, and hauling. We have been in operation since 1996 and have job sites all over Saskatchewan.

Mocon Construction is currently seeking an experienced crushing supervisor to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our crusher at its various locations. Due to the remote locations that are involved with our crushing operations, our employees must be willing to work away from home for periods up to two weeks at a time. Mocon Construction provides lodgings and meal allowance for all out-of-town work. Additionally, we provide lodgings for any worker who lives out of town when there is work at our shop located in Martensville.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

Supervise and coordinate crushing projects from start to finish.
Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed on time.
Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor progress and provide guidance to workers and subcontractors.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Possess at a minimum class 5 driver’s licence.
Perform daily operational pre-trip inspections.
Host daily toolbox meetings and site inspections
Complete daily hazard assessments
Be comfortable operating various pieces of heavy equipment.
Some physical labour potentially lifting objects nearing 50 lbs in weight
Ordering parts and scheduling repairs as necessary
