We are two Canadian immigrants who own our own businesses and want to help refugees build a successful future in Canada. We are looking for people who want to be PAID to learn, show up, participate, and work toward a better future in Canada.

We are offering a free training program with rewards and an opportunity to interview for paid work.
You do not need perfect English. We will use simple and clear English and help you along the way.

What You Will Learn:

- Build workplace skills: Practice your English, Learn teamwork, communication, professionalism, and what Canadian employers expect
- Get job ready: write a resume, apply for jobs, interview, and use LinkedIn.
- Earn certificates: Complete free workplace safety training and First Aid to help you qualify for more jobs.

How Classes Work
After you apply, you will be added to a WhatsApp group. We will use the group to send class information, links, and reminders. Please attend 2-4 classes each week for 2 months. There are 4 online class options each week. Choose the times that work best for you:

- Tuesday: 8:00–9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:30–10:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:30–8:30 AM
- Thursday: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

Get Paid to Learn
We want to reward you for showing up and learning.

Attend 5 classes → Get a $50 Tim Hortons gift card, Complete 1 workplace safety course → Get a $5 gift card. There is no cost to take the classes or workplace safety courses.

Work Opportunity
Complete 10 classes 5 workplace safety courses and you will have the opportunity to interview for a paid internship with a cleaning company based out of Calgary, Alberta.

Cleaning Technicians start at $16/hour. This is a job where you can learn and move up. As you learn new skills, complete training, and take on more responsibility, you can move to the next level and earn more money. You will continue to receive training and support while you work. Employees can work toward becoming a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor earning at least $26/hour.
