Pick up is Niagara area or woodbine and Steeles. Sofa is in Niagara so would need time to bring it to Markham..
Good condition. Small wear and tear. But clean. No pets. No smoking. Elderly couple had it from purchase and we kept it when they moved. They were very clean and barely used it. Same with us. Kept in a cottage that is not used very often. But it is older, so the material has weakened.
