Weather strip seal inside hood compromised by rodents.
Rust inside rear passenger side wheel well and quite small amount on bottom of passenger side of body. Some rust on bottom of doors visible when opened.
Rodents have nibbled some wires, but to our knowledge, only one wire (possibly) exposed.
