G Driver/Shipper - Start Location is in Mississauga

United Recruiting is currently hiring a reliable and experienced G Driver/Shipper to support delivery, shipping, receiving and warehouse operations at two company branches.

Pay and Schedule
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Break: 30 minutes
Work Locations

The successful candidate will work between the following branches:
Mississauga, Ontario – L4X 2C6
Woodbridge, Ontario – L4L 8G4

Vehicle
2024 Ford Transit cargo van

Responsibilities
Complete deliveries throughout the GTA.
Occasionally complete longer-distance deliveries to Ottawa.
Transport products safely between the Mississauga and Woodbridge branches.
Load and unload the company cargo van.
Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare products and orders for delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery and shipping documentation.
Organize products and materials within the warehouse.
Assist with general warehouse operations as required.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any concerns.
Follow all traffic laws and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements
Valid Ontario G driver’s licence.
Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
Clean driving record and driver’s abstract.
Comfortable driving throughout the GTA and occasionally to Ottawa.
Experience with shipping, receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
