We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our busy family medical clinic. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a welcoming, courteous, and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy
Coordinate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff
Perform a variety of general administrative and clerical duties
Use Accuro EMR efficiently for appointment management, charting, documentation, and other daily clinic tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front-office environment
Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism in a busy clinical setting
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 years of Medical Office Assistant (MOA) experience
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Accuro EMR is a strong asset
Previous experience working in a family medical clinic is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and patient-service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure
Professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team
