Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time, In-Office Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Milton. The ideal candidate should have experience in the transportation/trucking industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

### Job Responsibilities:
- Find and book loads for company trucks
- Dispatch drivers and manage daily schedules
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers
- Handle ACE and ACI customs/border crossing paperwork
- Prepare and manage border crossing documentation
- Monitor and manage driver logs and Hours of Service
- Track fuel usage and assist with fuel management
- Track trucks and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other transportation documents
- Monitor driver performance and address operational issues
- Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, appointments, and delays
- Handle general dispatch and administrative duties
- Assist with after-hours dispatching and ACE/ACI submissions when required

### Requirements:
- Previous trucking/dispatch experience preferred
- Knowledge of ACE/ACI and U.S./Canada cross-border operations
- Knowledge of Hours of Service and driver logs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable communicating with drivers and brokers
- Experience with dispatching software and load boards is an asset
- Must be willing to work after-hours when required, particularly for ACE/ACI and urgent operational matters
- Must be able to work in-office in Milton Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
