Job Overview

We are a growing company seeking hard working people to add to our team. In short, we go ahead of masonry installers and prepare the areas for them by waterproofing and installing various products. This role involves working outdoors year round, at heights exceeding 10ft and working off ladders. The ideal candidate will have experience installing flashings, 3M, Soprema, and blue skin products, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and familiarity with commercial jobsites and their requirements.

Duties

Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, leveling, and setting up tools and materials.
Operate hand tools, power tools, perform demolition or site preparation tasks.
Apply materials such as flashings, peel and stick membrane, membrane with primer and appropriate sealants
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately.


Experience

Prior experience in construction, masonry, or related trades is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and basic building codes is a plus.
Valid tickets such as fall protection, scaffold builder, AWP operator, first aid, whimis will be considered an asset but will be provided as needed.
