The bathroom and shower is made of pin wood as well with a pin tar coating to make it waterproof ( and smells great;) ) . Stainless steel shower base . Washer dryer combo installed in the bathroom . Couch and mattresses and stuffed with sheep wool. Plenty of storage in the living area as well in the small garage in the back of 3ft wide by 8ft long. Sleeps comfortably 3 and could go as much as 5. Comes with all appliances including the tv . All water pipes have been done in copper. It has a brand new set of 4 tires installed recently. Bearings are new and one axle is new as well.
