About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Exterior Tradesperson / Siding Installer to join our team immediately. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a commitment to quality craftsmanship, prioritize safety when working at heights, and desire consistent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Professional installation of various siding materials, including vinyl, aluminum, composite, and board-and-batten.
* Precise fitting and installation of soffit, fascia, and eavestroughing/gutters.
* On-site custom aluminum capping and brake work.
* Job site teardown, surface preparation, and daily cleanup.
* Strict adherence to ladder and scaffolding safety protocols.

Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in siding, soffit, fascia, and eaves installation.
* Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle (a truck or van equipped for tools/ladders is preferred).
* Tools: Possession of basic hand tools and personal safety gear (e.g., tool pouch, tape measure, hammer, snips, work boots, harness).
* Skills: Proficiency with an aluminum brake, power tools, line-of-sight measurements, and comfort working at heights.
* Work Ethic: Strong attendance record, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
