Job Title: Experienced Delivery Driver / Courier (Small Parcels & Polybags) – Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit

Pay: From $210.00 per day (Up to $280.00 per day with peak volume and fuel surcharges)

Role Overview
We are hiring reliable, experienced couriers for dedicated daily routes delivering lightweight e-commerce small parcels and poly-bags.
You pick up pre-sorted cages the night before and have the entire following day until 6:00 PM to finish your deliveries. We back our drivers with guaranteed bi-weekly pay via direct deposit (no delayed monthly payment terms).



Schedule & Workflow:
Early Sorting and Pickup: 6am at our logistics dock in Etobicoke.
Daily Delivery Window: Next day anytime during daytime hours (all deliveries completed before 6:00 PM).


Daily Volume: Consistent 150 packages per day (100 to 140 packages for extended rural routes), with high earning potential to take on significantly more volume during peak seasons like Christmastime.

Key Responsibilities:
Load pre-sorted cages into your vehicle at the Etobicoke hub during the evening window (8:30 PM to 11:00 PM).
Complete all route drops accurately before 6:00 PM the following day.
Scan barcodes and capture clean Proof of Delivery (POD) doorstep photos using the mobile courier app.
Follow customer delivery instructions (buzzers, parcel lockers, side doors).
Return any legitimate undelivered/RTS parcels to the hub during your next evening pickup window.



Qualifications & Requirements:
Courier Experience: Prior parcel delivery experience (Amazon DSP, Intelcom, FedEx, eMile, or similar courier apps) is strongly preferred.
Valid Driver's License: Ontario G License with a clean driving record.
Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle suitable for parcel transport (Sedan, SUV, Minivan, or Cargo Van).
Smartphone: Working iPhone or Android with an active cellular data plan for the scanning app.
Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
