Non-aggressive pets are considered but not guaranteed. A pet deposit is required if approved. Please be aware that the property is **not fenced** and local leash bylaws apply.

❄️ **RENTAL DETAILS**

We are looking for responsible tenant(s) who will treat the property as their home during their stay.

Tenant is responsible for hydro, septic holding-tank pump-outs and Starlink service.

**All prospective tenants will be required to complete a rental application and provide proof of income, identification, and verifiable current and previous landlord information. Previous landlord references will be contacted and verified. Personal references from friends or family will not replace landlord references. A credit check may also be required as part of the approval process.**
