Position: Equipment Operator

RCB Excavating is a small, energetic and growing construction company that does excavating, aggregate hauling and many other earthworks projects. We are based in Taber, AB.
RCB Excavating is looking to hire an equipment operator for their construction company in Taber Alberta. If you like being outside and working with your hands and can operate and maintain all sorts of construction machinery and you have the experience to manage a small crew, are dependable and self-motivated we have an awesome job for you.
A non inclusive list of duties are:
 Provide support for the company safety program
 Responsible for proper filling out of pre-trip inspections of commercial vehicles
 Responsible for equipment pre-use inspections for equipment
 Being responsible for field level hazard assessments filled out at the jobsite
 Oversee projects to their completion
 Work with project engineers / customers
 Provide supervision and support to team members
 Operate equipment safely
RCB Excavating does provide an incredibly competitive remuneration package which will be based upon your experience. Guaranteed minimum 40 hour work a week. Most weekends off.
