Dm Transport is a busy trucking Company in the Caledon, ON. We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable 310T / 310S Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. We work exclusively on our own equipment. Heavy trucks & Trailers repair.

Job Responsibilities include:

-Perform brake, annual safety, and PM inspections
-Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
-Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment.
-Adjust and replace brake, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
-Specialize in repairing and troubleshooting of major components such as engine, transmissions and differentials, to include replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components etc.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Maintain work area appearance and safety

Qualifications-
-Certified 310T and/or 310S Mechanic with proven experience repairing or maintaining heavy equipment.
-Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment systems and safe repair procedures
-Valid Driver’s License
-Should have knowledge about clutch replacement and def work.
-Welding experience considered a strong asset
