Wanted vinyl deck installer to replace existing 5 x 19 balcony, will need to replace plywood base as well. The existing door will be removed for install so vinyl can be run under door. The lower porch 7 x 24 will need new 3/4 inch fir plywood and stain finish. Some of the 2x6 joints will need to be replaced or doubled up. The existing porch roof will need to be held up during construction and exiting post reused. The job is located 15 minutes north of Stony Plain at Sandy Lake.
