SEEKING SUBCONTRACTOR
SKILLED FINISH CARPENTERS / MILLWORK INSTALLERS – RED DEER, AB

Looking for experienced finish carpenters / millwork installers to assist with an upcoming 8–12 week commercial project in Red Deer, Alberta.

Location: Red Deer, AB
Project Duration: Approximately 8–12 weeks
Start Date: End of September/Early October 2026

Scope of work includes:
• Interior door installation
• Door casing and trim
• Baseboard and finish trim
• Door and other hardware
• Precise fitting, scribing and finishing
• Working from plans/shop drawings
• Completing units to a high standard of quality

Requirements:
• Strong finish carpentry experience
• Millwork/installation experience
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance
• Valid workplace safety insurance (WCB) • Subcontractor to supply tools and minor materials (nails, shims, etc.)

PAID PER UNIT COMPLETED
• Compensation will be based on completed units
• Net 30 pay structure with 10% holdback until full completion of project
• Average 700 sqft. units
• Rate per unit to be discussed

This is an opportunity for experienced finishers who are comfortable working efficiently on a per-unit basis.
