Kristal Transport is looking for a motivated Freight Agent to join our growing transportation team.

What you’ll do:
• Find and develop new shipper/customer accounts
• Book and coordinate freight loads
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments from pickup to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in freight brokerage / logistics
✔️ Strong in sales & communication
✔️ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
✔️ Familiar with FTL/LTL and cross-border freight
✔️ Able to work independently and manage multiple loads
