I'm looking to rent a spot to park a tiny home trailer for the winter.
October 1st until April 30.

20 foot self-contained unit with composting toilet, wood pellet burning stove, propane cook stove.
Water is hauled in for washing dishes in a sink that drains into a bucket.
No shower.
I can pay extra to use shower in the house once a day.
I can pay extra for hydro, which would be minimal for a 60watt mini-fridge, a flat screen TV, a lamp, and a radio.
I can pay extra if the Wi-Fi from the house reaches the trailer.

$750/month including:
-hydro.
-shower use.
-being able to fill up 20L blue water jug every 3 days.
-Wi-FI.

48 year old male, I have an 8 year old dog, he is quiet and friendly with people and other dogs.
