Zero stains on the ceiling, no mice. Absolutely everything works as it should. Awning fabric needs to be replaced but functions perfectly. *Has hail claim for minor hail damage.* which you will see in just the right angle, very minor but damaged nonetheless. Tires have been covered, have no cracks, good tread. Bearings repacked, Axel seals replaced two years ago.
