Rent will be $3700 plus utilities (water, gas and hydro) or $4200 including utilities ( depending of total number of people). Lawn care and snow removal is included in both options. No pets and no smoking is allowed due to an allergies.

First and last month required and 1 year lease. Credit check and income proof will be required.
