Rent includes electricity, water, heat, hot water, laundry facilities, one-car garage, and off-street parking for another car. No smoking or pets are allowed.

Located on temperance Street, 7-minutes-walk to the University of Saskatchewan and 4-minutes-walk to the bus stop on College drive. It is ideal for students or professionals working at the university or the hospital and those will be given preference.
You will be occupying the main floor which is approximately 1288 square feet of living space. The three bedrooms are large. One of them has its separate 2-piece bathroom. The living room and the dining area have hard wood floors, and the kitchen has vinyl flooring. Tenants can use the single car garage for parking or for storage.
Laundry facilities are shared with the tenants of a self-contained basement suite. The suite will be rented to responsible quiet students (third-year, fourth-year, or graduate students or professionals working at the University or hospital). The suite has separate entrance.
Available September 20, 2026, or later. Showings are by appointments. The first showing will be scheduled for September 17, 2026
Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with at least 8-month commitment, and they must provide positive proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
