Job Title: Server (Long-Term PT or FT)
Reporting To: Service Manager

Job Overview
Servers are responsible for providing high-quality service to customers while exhibiting product knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion.

Job Responsibilities
Greet all guests and present menus.
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
Make recommendations and answer all related guest inquiries.
Take orders from guests and enter them accurately into the POS system.
Serve food and beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion.
Clear dishes and replenish washed service ware for FOH stations.
Prepare and stock all service items, including maintaining assigned par levels.
Prepare checks, process transactions, and handle guest payments when required.
Maintain the dining room to ensure the utmost visual appeal and brand alignment.
Comply with and action all health, food safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is an asset.
Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required (e.g., Smart Serve, Serving It Right).

Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English; Japanese and French are considered an asset.
Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach.
Energetic and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who is willing to assist wherever necessary to provide a positive guest experience.

Hours of Work
Part-time position – must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
