Bathroom has toilet sink and shower the master bedroom is a Queen sized bed with two doors one to a hallway the other direct into the bathroom.

The Ac unit was replace in 2024.

Add no’s new pressure treated deck size 12X30 which is composed of 5 sections each (6X12)
a 7.5X12 lower deck which were built and installed in 2024.
In 2025 we installed a 12X12 Gazebo and a pressure treated 12X12 deck composed of 2 sections (6X12) Everything was made to come apart in manageable sections.

Also there is a patio table with 4 chairs inside the Gazebo it also has curtains and screening along with 4 solar LED lights attached to the 4 posts. A new BBQ replace in 2025. On the Deck in front of the trailer there are 4 plastic chairs a bench which seats two with Table and a side round table with two chairs and new umbrella.

A little info on the site, I believe it's the longest in the park approximately 100X30 I have room for everything, my Boat motor and trailer then the 12X12 Gazebo, then the smaller deck 7.5X12 deck with BBQ, then the 30X12 trailer. then a fire pit then parking for about two trucks and a car. The trailer faces the water, the beach and Docks is about 300ft to the right. The beach is shallow for about 600 feet great for kids. If your serious its a must see!
