Price:

STUDIO 1 (2000 sq. feet)

$80 per hour - recreational activities, such as sports, dance, yoga.

$120 per hour - piano concerts and other art presentations.

Holidays:
Hourly rate

Peak dates such as long weekends, specialty holidays, Christmas break and New Year's eve and New Year's day.

$500 refundable damage and security deposit is required for the duration of your event. This deposit covers any cleaning costs or damages. If the space is left in the same condition it was found, the full deposit will be returned to you at the end of your event.

STUDIO 2 (1000 sq. feet)

$70 per hour - recreational activities.

Holidays:
Hourly rate 20%

Peak dates such as long weekends, specialty holidays, Christmas break and New Year's eve and New Year's day.

$500 refundable damage and security deposit is required for the duration of your event. This deposit covers any cleaning costs or damages. If the space is left in the same condition it was found, the full deposit will be returned to you at the end of your event.

This rental space is perfectly designed to host a variety of activities including dance, fitness, yoga, sports, competitions, corporate events, music concerts and more.

Our rental space offers plenty of room to move, ensuring that dance routines, gym workouts, and sport activities can be performed comfortably and without restriction.

TABLES & CHAIRS: Can be setup and are available upon request.

MIRRORS: The walls of the space are adorned with large mirrors, allowing guests to observe and perfect their skill, while also providing a visual aid for individuals practicing other activities.

PIANO: available upon request and can be used for concerts and live music shows.

Stereo/Sound system: CD, AUX, USB.

FLOORING: The flooring is covered with a Marley surface which can be safely used for various activities. The floor is suitable for yoga and other exercises, ensuring stability and comfort during movements.

MEDITATION & WELLNESS – Peaceful ambiance with a quiet atmosphere for relaxation or mindfulness sessions - available during off peak hours if you like full silence.
