We are looking for dedicated AZ Company Team Drivers to join our fleet immediately.
THE OPPORTUNITY
• Routes: GTA to Midwest US for positioning, then into Western Canada (AB, MB, or SK).
• Additional Runs: May also run into California, Washington State, and BC (with routes into BC directly from CA and WA).
• Miles: Steady, high volume at 19,000 to 20,000 miles per month per team.
• Freight: Mostly no-touch dry van and reefer loads.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Top Pay: Up to $0.36 per mile base rate (per driver).
• Performance Bonus: Up to $0.02 per mile for each driver.
• Safety Bonus: Annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile on all dispatched miles for the year.
• Extra Pay: Additional compensation for pickups/deliveries, waiting time, and border crossings.
• Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
• Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained tractors.

REQUIREMENTS
• Valid AZ license (minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience).
• Valid passport or documentation for US entry (FAST card preferred).
• Clean driving abstract and CVOR.
