Wendy’s Shift Supervisors lead daily restaurant operations by supporting crew members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining Wendy’s standards for quality, cleanliness, speed, and safety.

Qualifications Required for the Position
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the food service industry within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment (e.g., Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, A&W, etc.)
• Completion of secondary school (Grade 12)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisors are responsible for operating to Wendy’s systems and standards in the following areas:
• Taste of Food
• Accuracy of Orders
• Speed of Service
• Friendliness of Staff
• Restaurant Cleanliness
• Health and Safety of All Guests
• Training and Development

Locations:
While applications are accepted for all locations, the following restaurants are currently hiring:
• Olympic - 8435 Bowfort Rd NE, Calgary
• Okotoks - 18 Southridge Dr, Okotoks
• High River - 1225 1 Street SE, High River
