Position: Fine Dining Server at Rouge Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:

Seamless and Unobtrusive Service: Provide attentive yet discreet service, anticipating guests' needs to enhance their dining experience.
Culinary Knowledge: Recommend menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence, adding value to our guests' dining experience.
Efficient Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with our kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service
Exceptional Communication: Engage with guests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and special requests promptly.
Order Accuracy: Take precise food and beverage orders, process payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
Fine Dining Experience: Previous experience in upscale or fine dining setting is preferred.
Personal Grooming: A well groomed appearance reflecting our restaurant's professional standards.
Service Excellence: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering knowledgeable service.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, weeknights and holidays starting at 3pm or 5pm
Team Player: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team.
Smart Serve Certification: Preferred
Shifts are 3-4 per week
