CareBridge provides practical, non-clinical personal support for people who may need an extra hand during a busy, difficult, or transitional period.

Whether you live alone, are new to Toronto, have family who live far away, are coming home from the hospital, or simply don’t have someone nearby to help — CareBridge is here to make things a little easier.

Services include:

• Grocery and retail pickups
• Pharmacy pickups
• Hospital or appointment pickup and drop-off
• Help getting settled comfortably at home after an appointment or hospital visit
• Warming up prepared meals or light food preparation
• Newcomer settling-in support
• Friendly check-ins and visits
• Help with simple tasks when you’re temporarily unable to manage them yourself
• Short-term support when you don’t have family or someone nearby

The goal is simple: to give you an extra pair of hands when you need them — and someone you can count on when family isn’t nearby.

What CareBridge is NOT

CareBridge is not a cleaning service, and I do not provide housekeeping or deep-cleaning services.

It is also non-clinical personal support. I am not a nurse, PSW, or medical professional, and I do not provide medical care, medical procedures, or medication administration.
