HELP WANTED — YARD LABOUR EMPLOYEE

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Yard Labour Employee to join our team. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, works well with others, and is a quick learner who is eager to learn new tasks.



About the Position:

This is approximately a 70% outdoor / 30% indoor position, so being comfortable working outside in all types of weather is essential. The role involves regular physical activity, including lifting, loading, unloading, and handling windows and doors, as well as organizing materials and assisting with general yard and warehouse duties.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

Excellent ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
Forklift experience — strongly preferred
Previous warehouse experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
An energetic, dependable, and hardworking approach
The ability to regularly lift and load windows and doors
The ability to work independently while also being a team player
The ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, snowy, and windy conditions


Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday, with some Saturdays as required
