Looking to hire an Project Manager/Experienced Contractor to join our team. Must have extensive working experience and knowledge of interior and exterior renovations. 5 plus years experience in the field is a must. Must be able to run a crew, work with other subtrades, and be a team leader. Must be able to oversee projects from start to finish to ensure they stay on time and on budget. Must be able to read blue prints and be able to prepare quotes, order materials and be proficient with software/internet based programs (Merx, Biddingo, email systems etc.) Needs to have valid drivers licence and hand tools.
