Lease Details:

Lease transfer (assignment) – you will take over my existing lease.

Lease term: Until May 31, 2027 (approximately 8 months remaining).

Rent: $1,533/month.

Move-in date: October 1, 2026 (earliest).

Required Documents for Application:

2 pieces of government-issued ID

Previous landlord reference letter

Proof of income – one of the following:

2 most recent pay stubs a Letter of Employment; OR

3 most recent bank statements (name, dates, and deposited funds must be visible, other info may be covered); OR

2025 Notice of Assessment; OR

Any other proof of income

Credit score must be above 650
