WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST

We are currently hiring a full-time Receptionist.

Pay: $19.00/hour on SIN (declared)
Full-time position
Must have good English communication skills
Professional, presentable, and comfortable dealing with clients
Friendly and courteous personality
Good telephone and customer service skills
Basic computer and administrative skills
Organized, reliable, and punctual
Previous receptionist, office, or customer service experience is an asset

Duties include:

Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting clients and visitors
Responding to general inquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Assisting with basic administrative and office tasks
Maintaining an organized reception area
Other related duties as required
