We're looking for a Kitchen Prep & Production Team Member who enjoys working with food, staying busy, and taking pride in doing things the right way. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in food preparation, baking, cooking, production, packaging, and keeping our kitchen running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Preparing fresh ingredients and food items for daily production
* Assisting with baking and preparing FRANKS' homemade products
* Measuring, mixing, portioning, and preparing recipes according to established standards
* Cooking and preparing food while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
* Portioning, packaging, labeling, and storing finished products
* Preparing ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is properly stocked for daily service
* Following recipes and production procedures accurately
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen throughout the day
* Rotating inventory and helping monitor freshness and product quality
* Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements and deadlines
* Jumping in wherever needed to help the kitchen and team succeed

What We're Looking For:

* Someone who genuinely enjoys working with food
* Previous kitchen, food preparation, baking, restaurant, bakery, or food production experience is an asset
* A reliable person who shows up ready to work
* Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout the day
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality food
* Able to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards
* Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of what needs to get done
* A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
* Someone who understands that cleanliness, food safety, and organization are just as important as the food itself

Baking experience is a definite plus, but we're also willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, works hard, and genuinely wants to learn.
