The room and apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated.

Hydro and Wi-Fi is included in the rent as well.

The apartment has beautiful terrasse as well for the warm weather for hangouts and small parties.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from metro snowdown.

It's 5 mins walk to all the amenities like grocery store, bank, cafe, resto, bar etc etc.

We are young students/working professionals.

We love to keep the house clean and organized and we socialize over drinks, board games and other activities.
