Secure Private Garage Storage — Motorcycles & Bicycles (Burnaby, near Boundary)

Space available in a private detached garage at a quiet residential property in North Burnaby, minutes from Hastings and the Boundary corridor. Taking up to 2 motorcycles and 3 bicycles.

Rates: Motorcycles $90/month or $500 for the season (Nov 1 – Apr 30). Bicycles $22/month or $120 for the season. One month's deposit. Interac e-transfer.

What you get: dry, covered, locked garage — off-street, out of sight from the road, no exposure to weather or curbside theft. Cheaper than self-storage and closer than a facility across town.

What you should know: the garage is uninsulated and unheated, and it is not a commercial facility — no cameras, no alarm, no on-site staff. You bring your own lock and cover, and you keep sole control of your bike. I don't move it, start it, or touch it.

House rules — please read before contacting:
• You carry your own comprehensive (fire/theft/vandalism) coverage and notify your insurer of the storage address. Proof required before drop-off.
• Fuel tank a quarter full or less. No jerry cans, no spare fuel.
• No battery charging of any kind on site — no trickle chargers, no tenders, no extension cords. Batteries come out and go home with you.
• No lithium-ion or e-bike batteries, no e-bikes.
• No engine running, maintenance, or repairs on the property.
• Drip tray under each bike (I can supply).
• Access by appointment, 24 hours' notice: weekends 10–5, weekday evenings 6–8.
• Written agreement signed before drop-off — nothing unusual, just clear.

Ideal for someone in an apartment or condo with no parkade space, or anyone whose building bans gas vehicles indoors.
