The Van has a 1.5inch lift (Done properly) with aftermarket rims and BF TA tires. The van has had regular services and is in great shape, and will need nothing for a safety. We have just used it for the last 3 years during the summer to go to the moto track. It comes with a class 3 trailer hitch and wiring, and yes it has no problem towing a small cargo trailer.
