General Construction / Renovation Helpers Wanted ($18/hr)

We are looking for motivated and reliable workers to join our team for various indoor and outdoor renovation projects. Whether you are experienced in construction or eager to learn the trade, we welcome you to apply!

Work Location: Greater Sudbury & surrounding areas

Pay Rate: $18 / hour

Position Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with full-scope indoor renovations (framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, etc.)

Assist with outdoor renovation projects (deck building, siding, landscaping, waterproofing, general repairs)

Handle tools and equipment safely on job sites

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have valid legal authorization to work in Canada (Valid Work Permit, PR, or Citizenship)

Prior experience in interior/exterior renovation is a strong asset (willingness to learn is required for candidates with less experience)

Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Basic hand tools and safety gear (steel-toe boots) preferred
