I’m a female working professional in my 30s with a regular weekday schedule.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and taking walks along the seawall to English Bay.
I keep the apartment clean, tidy, and peaceful.
I value personal space and privacy, but I’d also love to find someone I can occasionally hang out with and be good friends with!

Safe and super convenient Yaletown location
5-min walk to Yaletown–Roundhouse SkyTrain Station
3-min walk to David Lam Park & False Creek Seawall
Grocery store (open until 11 PM) and a nice café right right next door
15-min walk to the Vancouver Public Library (Central Branch)

The Apartment & Building

2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom
In-suite washer & dryer
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, air fryer, cookware, dishes, etc.)
Modern building (built in 2018) with on-site manager Amenities: Large fitness centre & underground parking available with an extra fee

️ The Room (Priviate) Can be rented furnished (twin bed nightstand) or unfurnished based on your preference (Please note: The furniture shown in the photos is for reference only. The room will be furnished with a twin bed and a nightstand, giving you more open space than shown.)

*House rules: No smoking, no pets, no couples, no drugs, no friends over, and no partying.
*Available to move in on September 1st or 15th.
* 6-month lease preferred, but 1–2 month short-term stays are also welcome. After 6 months, the lease can continue month-to-month.

Rent & Details

Rent: $1,675 / month (Wi-Fi included)
BC Hydro: Bill every 2 months (split 50/50)
Deposit: Half a month’s rent
