Hello! My name is Charlotte and I have a small microgreens company in Victoria! I have been growing microgreens since I was 14, and it all started in Grade 9 when I had them as a part of my science fair! Since then, I have continued to grow them for my family and for some local restaurants. They are grown without pesticides or artificial fertilizers.

My varieties include:

Broccoli
Sunflower
Pea
Radish
Brown mustard
Aragula
Alfalfa

Microgreens are known for their rich flavour, beautiful look, and superfood properties. They’re even known to carry cancer fighting nutrients!

It brings me a great sense purpose to share my microgreens with my community, as it is a product that I truly believe in and love.

I sell them live in trays, so as long as you water them, they stay fresh! Harvest as you eat.
