Pharmacy Assistant – Full-Time

Lakeside Pharmacy is a locally owned and operated community pharmacy that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and personalized care to our patients. We are looking for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team. Our pharmacy is busy and fast-paced, but we believe in creating a positive, respectful workplace where our staff support one another and take pride in the service we provide to our community.

The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists and pharmacy team to provide efficient and friendly service to our patients. Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with prescription processing and preparation
Receiving and organizing inventory
Helping customers at the counter and drive-thru
Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy
Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
Providing friendly, professional customer service
What We're Looking For
Previous pharmacy assistant experience is an asset, but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
A positive, friendly attitude
Reliable and dependable
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy setting
Willingness to learn and take initiative

We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working in a community pharmacy.

Schedule: Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Our weekend hours are 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Specific weekday hours will be determined based on pharmacy operational needs.
