- With Bronze Wreath Memorialization an additional $2,000.00
- Inurnment Fees of $1,500.00
Total cost would be approximately $8,500.00

The selling price is $4,500.00 OBO transfer fee (which includes the niche and inurnment fees).

The Ownership Transfer Fee to be paid by purchaser at the time of signing the documents.

I am posting this on behalf of my parents, and you will have to meet up at Glen Eden to do the transfer documentation.
