LIVE-IN RESIDENT MANAGER – 70 QUEEN ST. TILLSONBURG

Queen’s Park Residences, a well-maintained seniors’ apartment community in Tillsonburg, is seeking a dependable and personable Live-In Resident Manager to join our team.

This position is ideal for an individual or couple who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include:
- General building oversight and resident assistance
- Cleaning and upkeep of common areas
- Minor maintenance and basic repairs
- Showing available apartments to prospective residents
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
- Responding to resident concerns and after-hours emergencies
- Maintaining a professional, friendly presence within the building

The successful candidate will be reliable, organized, courteous and comfortable working with seniors. Previous property management, superintendent, maintenance or customer service experience is an asset.

On-site accommodation is provided as part of the position.
