Medical Office Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Near Shoppers World Mall, Brampton
We are a busy family practice medical clinic with multiple physicians, currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Medical Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional or a motivated fresher who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to Canadian Citizen and PR Holder.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
Register patients and update accurate patient information, including valid OHIP details
Manage patient flow by preparing exam rooms and assisting patients efficiently
Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries promptly
Process payments for non-OHIP services in an organized manner
Handle invoicing for lawyers and insurance companies
Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and mailing documents
Monitor and respond to EMR messages from physicians
Contact patients as directed by physicians to relay information
Ensure exam rooms are well-stocked and organized
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
Qualifications
Medical Office Administration / Secretarial Diploma preferred
1 year of medical/family practice experience preferred
Accuro EMR experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-doctor clinic
Fluent in English; Hindi/Punjabi is an asset
