We are a growing transportation company looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a multi-role position covering Accounting / HR and Dispatch.
Responsibilities
* Accounting
Invoicing and billing
Accounts payable and receivable
Data entry and record keeping
* Dispatch
Coordinate loads and communicate with drivers
Track shipments and provide customer updates
Provide general dispatch assistance
* HR/safety
Manage driver hiring, onboarding, and employee records
Maintain driver qualification and compliance files
Monitor safety policies and procedures
Assist with accident/incident reporting and follow-ups
Track driver training, documentation, and renewals
Support compliance with transportation and workplace safety requirements
Handle general HR duties and employee concerns
Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and management
* Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking/transportation industry
Basic accounting knowledge (QuickBooks experience is an asset)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
