Demand Interiors is a full-service interior construction company specializing in drywall, insulation, steel framing, suspended ceilings, taping, and painting. We are looking for reliable Construction Labourers and motivated Trade Apprentices to join our growing team.

Position
What You Will Do
Construction Labourer
Support crews with material handling, site set-up, clean-up, organization, and general assistance to skilled tradespeople.
Trade Apprentice
Learn and assist with steel framing, drywall installation, insulation, suspended ceilings, and other interior construction work under experienced crew members and supervisors.




What We Are Looking For

• Reliable, punctual people with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Candidates who want to learn, improve, and build a lasting career in the trades.

• Previous construction experience is an asset, but motivated entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting materials, working on your feet, and keeping an active job site organized.

• Commitment to following instructions, working safely, and being a respectful team member.

• Valid safety tickets, trade-school training, or experience with steel framing, drywall, insulation, or ceilings are assets.

Work Schedule & Site Expectations

Requirement Details
Start date - Immediate
Schedule - Minimum 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Hours - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Morning meeting - 15-minute daily review of site hazards and the daily work plan
Clean-up - All crew members participate in a 30-minute end-of-day clean-up
Required PPE - Hard hat, safety glasses, and safety boots are mandatory on site
