Attention
1. This container is only used for waste oil. It is strictly prohibited to extract gasoline/diesel/brake oil/gear oil, etc. It is strictly prohibited to extract methanol/ketone/corrosive liquids/flammable liquids, otherwise the measuring cup will explode.
2. After emptying the waste oil in the measuring cup, please be sure to close the oil inlet valve below the measuring cup, otherwise the compressed air will enter the measuring cup, and when you open the oil outlet valve, the measuring cup will explode.
3. When pumping a vacuum, please use (the oil, impurities and moisture have been filtered) Clean air, and the pressure is not less than 8kg/cm2.
4. During oil extraction, the temperature should not exceed 60℃, and it is recommended to be within the range of 40℃-60℃;
5. When discharging oil from the tank, be sure to close the valve between the tank and the measuring cup. The compressed air inside must not enter the measuring cup, otherwise the measuring cup will crack and hurt the human body.
6. The oil discharge pressure of the tank can be 0.7kg/cm2 when the oil is discharged. The maximum pressure is never allowed to be 1kg/cm2 when draining oil. Please empty the remaining waste oil in the tank when the oil is exhausted. Air can be carried out again.
7. Prohibit pumping the brake fluid and transmission fluid.
8. Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles during setup and use.

Product Features
The waste oil extractor is equipped with a telescopic rod which can be controlled to stretch out and draw back to adapt to different working environments and meet different height requirements. The height of the telescopic rod can be easily adjusted and fixed through the adjusting handle, greatly facilitating application of the pneumatic waste oil extractor.

The durable vacuum meter is designed for displaying the vacuum degree in real time in the operating process, thereby ensuring real-time monitoring of the oil extraction process, facilitating diagnosis of system sealing and integrity, optimizing and adjusting the oil extraction efficiency and velocity and guaranteeing the oil extraction thoroughness.

The transparent measuring cup is made of acrylic materials, ensuring the good chemical resistance and reliable mechanical strength and achieving easy cleaning and maintenance. The clear and visible scales are marked on the measuring cup so the oil level can be observed and monitored directly and dynamically, and the equipment safety can be effectively improved.  

The oil tank body has a large capacity of 70L, ensuring more waste oil can be easily stored in the operating process, avoiding frequent switching operation, greatly improving the continuous operation capacity and reducing the manpower and time cost. The oil tank body is made of high-strength materials, so the durability and practicability are well guaranteed.

Multiple oil suction hoses are provided for precision repair and maintenance, have the extreme space adaptability, can adapt to detection holes in different sizes, improve the oil residue removal ratio and reduce the operation and maintenance cost. The oil suction hoses can be easily inserted into the storage pipe to be well stored and protected.  

The large moving wheels and small universal wheels are combined to achieve stable support and convenient movement of the oil extractor and ensure the pushing force optimization and labor-saving control. The oil extractor can be easily moved to different working places, and the shock resistance and long service life are effectively realized.

The multiple control valve modular system and the multiple oil pipe independent channel design have the advantages of achieving accurate flow control, completely eradicating cross contamination and improving the repair and maintenance efficiency. The oil pipes can be independently controlled by the corresponding control valves, ensuring the control precision.

As a key device for modern repair and maintenance, the pneumatic waste oil extractor effectively improves the oil extraction and drainage efficiency and economic benefit, achieves accurate waste oil recovery and treatment and greatly reduces the environmental pollution. Operation Method
1. Extract the waste oil into the oil tank.
(1) After selecting the oil suction pipe and connecting the oil suction pipe and the oil extraction pipe, insert the oil extraction pipe into the lubricating oil hole, and close the oil extraction pipe switch.
(2) Downward open the switch for connection between the measuring cup and the oil tank, and close the oil drain switch leading to the hook and the air inlet connector switch on the top of the oil tank.
(3) Connect the quick connector on the top of the measuring cup to the compressed air, and then the vacuum gauge indicates that the pressure begins to be reduced.
(4) When the vacuum pressure is reduced to -0.6bar or below, open the switch on the oil extraction pipe, and the waste oil is sucked out of the engine, passes through the oil extraction pipe and the measuring cup and quickly flows into the oil tank.

2. Extract the waste oil into the transparent measuring cup.
(1) After selecting the oil suction pipe and connecting the oil suction pipe and the oil extraction pipe, insert the oil extraction pipe into the lubricating oil hole, and close the oil extraction pipe switch.
(2) Upward close the switch for connection between the measuring cup and the oil tank.
(3) Connect the quick connector on the top of the measuring cup to the compressed air, and then the vacuum gauge indicates that the pressure begins to be reduced.
(4) When the vacuum pressure is reduced to -0.5bar or below, open the switch on the oil extraction pipe, and the waste oil is sucked out of the engine, passes through the oil extraction pipe and quickly flows into the measuring cup.

3. Use the oil basin to receive the waste oil.
(1) Lift the vehicle through a lifter, then push the oil extractor to the position below the automobile engine, and remove the oil drain screw.
(2) Open oil basin oil discharge ball valve, open the air inlet valve at the top end of the oil tank at the same time, and the waste oil flows into the oil tank from the oil basin.

4. Drain the waste oil into the oil tank from the measuring cup.
Downward open the switch for connection between the measuring cup and the oil tank, and the waste oil is discharged into the oil tank from the measuring cup.

5. Discharge the waste oil out of the oil tank.
(1) Upward close the switch for connection between the measuring cup and the oil tank. (Note: This is very important, and if the switch is not closed, excessive pressure may damage the measuring cup and even hurt people. Our company is not responsible for the injury caused by improper operation.)
(2) Open the switch leading to the hook, and hook the waste oil barrel with the hook.
(3) Connect the quick connector on the top of the oil tank to the compressed air, open the compressed air switch (Note: the compressed air switch can be closed when the safety valve begins to exhaust), and the waste oil is discharged through the hook.

Note: the air inflation must be gradually conducted during oil extraction, which can

(1) reduce the air loss, (2) reduce the pressure more quickly, (3) extract the oil faster.
